If you walk up on a crash scene, guess what? People may be acting tired, sleepy, speaking nonsense, unable to stand, unconscious, breathing irregularly, many many others i.e., "altered mental status"

THEY WERE JUST IN A CAR CRASH AND HAVE HEAD TRAUMA

And then the "suspected drunk" gets bashed over the head to add to his concussion and likely brain bleed.

He needs to have a rapid medical assessment, innocent before guilty you know. Mobs aren't doctors. They don't have enough collective intelligence to even grasp the situation for what it is.
