Just from those pictures, I get the feeling the shootee (?) was a complete jackass that had been harassing the dude all night. You gotta be careful these days who you sucker punch, especially after having you and your boys try to threaten and intimidate them. Might find yourself becoming holy.  |

Even in stand your ground states you will have to convince a jury that in order to avoid death or grievous bodily injury you had to use deadly force. You cant just go mag dump on someone for sucker punching you. |

Save for some potential nuance, this case has been played a million times over in court. The guy was presumably wielding a 9mm with no stopping power, and he licked those shots off in about :02 seconds. The entire case will revolve around that he shot in succession with no brakes. If the discharge lasted 1-2 full seconds longer, or there was a full second break somewhere in between shots... This guy could be in hot water. This video will be his best defense, and a lawyer in a SYG state will eat this shit for breakfast. |

But then he went on to say had he been the one to instigate blah blah blah. But none of that matters. First off, he should have just fired a warning shot. Secondly even no warning shot, only one shot would have been enough for getting punched. Even that’s a bit extreme if you ask me. Punched? Fight back! Dude was easily twice his size. Once he emptied every bullet he had on him into the guy, lol sorry but no jury is gonna be like “Totally justified.”   I’m all for the guy having pulled the gun to get dude to back off, then left. Or had he just manned up an fought the dude. But no, big dick had to keep pulling the twigger cawse somebody huwt his wittle face.    |
