Re: Don’t Go to Sleep!
Unless you are doing your research using Dr Seuss books, the information is widely reported. The UK government wants to bring in tougher penalties and policies to combat both gun and (the surging) knife crime rates - so why "censor" stories about its growing prevalence, when its the very support of the general population (the politicians and law enforcement agencies are seeking) in order to "toughen up" on such things ? I love a good conspiracy dude, but will look to the evidence first if it exists ...... and the evidence (way beyond these 3 UK media links here) seems to indicate you are drinking the Kool Aid. https://www.bbc.com/news/uk-england-47157967 https://www.theguardian.com/world/gun-crime+uk/uk https://www.theguardian.com/uk-news/...ise-in-violent |

Re: Don’t Go to Sleep!
It is a very Aussie thing - here's an interesting news article on the origin of the word (germanic) and how ubiquitous it is in their day to day language. http://www.abc.net.au/local/stories/...23/4167572.htm |
