Yeah thing is usually even a hemmorage will give you some clue that something serious is wrong.

I worked with a girl who went home with a real bad headache. She calledd the next day and told us that her headache was worse and she won't be coming in.

They found her a few days later in the middle of her family room. I think she was maybe 30.

100% yes. I seen it happen, and it is like that, sudden blackout, jaw locks up, dizziness right before It happens, my money Is on aneurysm.
