Driver missed the stop sign. He backs up cause he knows it’s his fault. She doesn’t react so either doesn’t see him or expects him to stop. May have walked it off with a full helmet  |

Driver did kinda briefly stop at the stop sign at around 0:04.

You can see it if you look carefully it’s a little bit hidden in the shadow. But she also wasn’t going that fast and looks like she wasn’t really paying attention because he had pulled out by the time she got to him she ran into the side of the car. How weird whenever you go from life to death so quickly for such a stupid reason. :(
