One thing that I can see is that the arrival ramp is MUCH higher than the departure ramp. I have no idea why he wanted that geometry, but it doesn't make sense. The arrival ramp should always be lower than the top of the departure ramp. If the arrival ramp would have been 10 feet lower, he would have made it.
