Good point, but those are just 3 PAST AMERICAN leaders. I meant any leader, for any country. Besides, that was before the rest of the leaders came up with the weapons they have nowadays.

Well, I listed them because I'm American and you didn't give an exact nationality or time frame. They ALL also had firearms and heavy weapons on par with the day. Thats why I chose leaders from the 18/19/20th centuries. The only thing that wasn't around then were missiles. Also, take in consideration the mass force and brutality required for the times, something we will never see unless someone starts a world war.
