you know those rope things around his hands and feet? they are not only restraining him they are also acting as a tourniquet. no blood is flowing to the hands and feet hence the no bleeding and to address the no screams. you ever sat on your leg too long and have it go numb or woke up and your arm was asleep? i rest my case |

This could very well be real. The tourniqets have the dual purpose of stopping the bleeding and causing loss of sensation in the extremities like anesthesia. Then the blindfold prevents the victim from seeing what is happening. All of this accounts for the lack of reaction and screaming. The executioner seems to have surgical expertise and has probably done this countless times. The knife appears to be an extremely sharp surgical tool and the joints are held together by mere connective tissue.
