I bet you are correct. She seems to be strangled by the seatbelt under her chin, among her other injuries. The guy on the ground has the seatbelt over his back. Maybe the seatbelt ripped her nipple off as she slid under it. There are droplets of SOME fluid leaking from her tit and falling to the ground. Probably the most disturbingly damaged tit on Documenting Reality IMHO. |
