In some parts of the world not the USA people just watch nut jobs to see what shit they will do next. Here in the USA it seems we are somehow threatened by that amount of freedom, freedom to be nuts or high or whatever. Freedom to watch someone else be nuts. So we call in the police or they just show up to normalize the situation so we can all feel better....
