The dude filming is apparently his intended victim lol. From The Guardian:

A 56-year-old woman living on Venner Road said: “He came to shoot someone else, but he ended up shooting himself.

“The bullet bounced off a car window. You can see on the car window where the bullet bounced off it. After it happened, the boy he came to shoot stood there filming him.”

I don’t think this is the target doing the recording. Apparently that recording happened straight after the incident. So we could be in line for another video, I hope!

I thought there was no gun violence in The UK or Europe?

Yes I know this was an accidental shooting. And yes I clearly see this is the guns fault. Ban them immediately. Sue the manufacturer while we are at it.

We have very little gun crime in the uk, thankfully we’re not like America! You can get a gun if you pass all the home office requirements. But no autos, semi autos or pistols. It’s very strict and being an island it’s hard to smuggle guns across the border. It’s one of the best laws in England if you ask me!
