If you knew you were going to drown in your own phlegm, you might choose a quicker route, also. My wife said it crossed her mind, as she laid in a hospital bed, near death, wearing a ventilator.

Covid affects people differently. I've known people whom had it.some were fucked up bad over a long period of time, some just had cold symptoms. My wife had it and had flu like symptoms for a couple weeks and got over it. I caught it and lost my sense of smell and had some mild cold symptoms. Health wise we are in okay shape. It's the people who have underlying conditions who are screwed the worse and everyone I know who supposedly died from covid, were people who already had major health issues. Even that's a few people I know who have died from covid. The alrmism that people speak to is that people report it as something that automatically kills you if you're exposed to it. If that was the case, the fears would be just. It's really no different than any other sickness or virus that exacerbates other health issues.
