Couple Inside Jeep Cheroke Dead After Slamming into a Building
Mexico, A couple aboard a truck died when their truck rammed against the wall of a workshop. When firefighters and paramedics arrived, they could only declare them dead. The identities of the deceased was not known, only that the man who was driving would be about 40 years old and the woman who was travelling as a co-pilot of about 35 years old. Their bodies were inside the Jeep Cheroke van. The man sitting on the curb was missed by inches. |

I’m guessing they were running from the police, judging by the high speed and for them to show up seconds after the fatal collision

I agree with you. High speed right into a T intersection with only choices left or right. That driver was running away. Also, the car is smashed, but it looks survivable, if they had on their seat belts and functioning air bags. Good example of why we should all get and drive the latest model car with safety features that we can afford. |

~ I think the driver/passenger of the Jeep was probably lost to begin with. ~ Seems the driver of the Jeep Cherokee was driving in the dark before the intersection & thought the road went thru, because I don't see a stop sign or the reflection of one. ~ That lucky old guy sitting there had probably already witnessed a similar accident like that before. Being helpful? ~ As one can see there is another road before the intersection, when another car goes thru, separated only by that thin white corner building as a wannabe road partition. Which may account for the absence of a stop sign, not worth the city's safety money to buy one for it.   |
