It's a bad shooting he should be brought up on charges. With that said could that victim aid in his demise anymore by not having any insurance no ID, lame excuse about buying the car, running, then fighting the taser.while of course that doesn't justify being shot but its just plain stupid. And for what? He didn't want to go to jail because of child support. well you know gee if he took care of business, had his ducks in a row he wouldn't have to run. I hope he get a settlement and I hope the kids get it. at least he did something for them
