 there is no traffic law in that country.. No wonder there are so many motor vehicle accidents that occur in that country.. Big gian heavy equipment tractors moving freely through out the city.. Because some dumbfuck wasnt paying attention, and the fact that this woman was walking the streets with no regards to her safety made this scenario a terrible one.
