Well, you can't just go cramming fire willy-nilly into fire tubes like this. True...that particular tube wasn't occupied by any other fire at the time, but still a lot depends on the fire's age, and even its type of upbringing in these matters. They can be cranky, or sluts.

Wok it off! A godless uncaring nation with more people to kill than their legal system can handle and so, relies on their poor safety standards in the workforce and accidents out on the roads and in public to balance out an overpopulated country creating chi between the living and dead! Plus they don't give a fuck about anything but themselves.... I hope Typhoon Charlie pays them a visit after Indonesia!  |

My guess is acetylene tank explosion. If you look at the exterior of the tank, right about where the guy who got really cooked should be standing, there is a flash of weld coming through. Suddenly, ka-THUMP, the tank blows and the guy doing the welding took a bath in it. Sound about right?
