Chinese Man Sets His Wife on Fire
Don't know the background info on the story, but one of the comments on the page says she lived, but there is no evidence to say so, and her head was on fire for a hell of a long time.

Pretty sure she stands up at around 4:20, and they put a light blue towel or blanket over her head about 30 seconds later, before she walks off to the right.
