Looks like they put her in a large aluminum baking pan. I think 1 hour for every 10 lbs. of body weight @ 350 degrees Farenheit should do it. Oh, and baste every 1/2 hour. |

 Don't forget to cover with aluminum foil in the last ten minutes of baking. It brings out the tastiest of the juices.
