It looks like the red haired girl was able to grab the knife and disarms the other girl by twisting it with force. Then right at the end it looks like the knife inadvertantly slashes her forarm when the knife is being twisted away.

Yep. I say this all the time on here. Its truly bizarre how many people are perfectly ok watching their blood pour out of a wound that could easily be plugged. No sense of the seriousness of it.
