Similar to Australia. No criminal record. A certain amount of money in order to support yourself and your family without the 'states help and assistance.' ...(At least enough to survive for 3 months at the VERY LEAST, in order to get a job and FULLY support yourselves)

That you must hold a qualification......and have some sort of 'trade' certificate beneath your belt. Something you're qualified to do. (and have certified documents to prove it)

These strict rules would keep out the 'riff raff' and keep the borders 'open' to the few that DO FOLLOW THE LAW....

Wouldn't this ENCOURAGE to look at leading a better lifestyle... How can anyone say this isn't a good idea?
