A woman lost her life when she was hit by a vehicle when she tried to cross the double lane of a highway in Mexico Friday afternoon. The accident was so violent that the victim's leg was severed on impact. The driver of the vehicle involved is in custody.

The police investigations will determine the responsibilities in this fatal accident, however the sad thing is that only about 10 meters from where the young woman tries to cross the road there is a footbridge that could save her life.

How in the world of flying fucks, of ladies in this case, was this driver supposed to see this bitch running across a highway as he's about to pass a truck. First chance he had to see her was when she hit his front bumper. But yeah, he should have reacted better and stopped, or crashed into the truck next to him to avoid hitting her.

Also, I find irony in situations like this all the time. One of my favs though is the guy that tried to go live in Alaska by himself in that bus that died. I forget the exact distance but it was fairly close, a decent little hike away was a bridge that crossed the river he couldn't cross, that led to a ranger station I believe. So it'll always amaze me, people that take shortcuts and die, or give up and die when they were literally near a place that could have saved them.

1. Don't run in front of big vehicles
2. Don't run past something big when you don't know what's coming up behind or next to it.
She deserves 2 Darwin awards.

In Mexico if a person jumps in front of your car you will end up in prison for involuntary manslaughter.

If a Mexican citizen kills an intruder breaking into his/her house at 3:00 A.M. he/she is going to jail for murder in the 2nd degree.

Mexicans are not allowed to defend their life with deadly force, in fact the law is harsher with the defender than with the ggressor.
