Yeah that's his lung I think not his heart though could be wrong - doubt hes going to live through it, be interesting to know though.

This is a typical of a man who just wants to pour his heart out. On a serious note that is one of the most terrible impact injuries I have seen. I hope he somehow got through it okay. Doesn't look promising.
