Cambodian Man Kills Himself By Placing His Body Under Truck
Not an instant death, though.

A man ran toward a large sand-transporting truck, crawled underneath it, and was run over and killed while the truck was in motion. The incident caused a major shock on National Road 5, in Khan Russey Keo, Phnom Penh.

After the incident, the truck driver opened the door, saw what had happened, and immediately fled the scene.
