I found a post on social media saying this happened by Anderson Park in Carson, California. I think this is the Google Street View of the exact location. But no luck finding news articles either. Edit: unwatermarked version. |

We had a situation in Ohio where groups of people, sometimes dozens, would block the freeway with their cars, converge downtown and block intersections, do donuts, get out of their cars and terrorize people. They would hit several areas at the same time, then brag about it on social media. Law enforcement was unable to respond to most of it because it was spread all over town. Long story short, media and law enforcement labeled this "street takeovers".
