CCTV video shows a shuttle bus at full speed, knocking down an elderly woman.

The woman, having the green light, died from her injuries on the spot.

The shuttle bus veered onto the sidewalk, where 2 more people were hurt.
One victim was hospitalized in a clinic in St. Petersburg.

I am afraid to say it, but it appears there are some cultural differences between the USA and Russia. In the US, bystanders usually stop to see if they can help, and they usually rush to help if someone is trapped in a wreck.
