Re: Brutal Car Crash Aftermath in Mexico City.
It's called the, "Ah, it won't happen to me" attitude. I used to see that attitude a lot when I would present driver safety training seminars for commercial truck drivers.

Re: Brutal Car Crash Aftermath in Mexico City.
Speeding is 5-20 MPH over the posted limit. Reckless driving is say 25 MPH and above. Yes, most here have done some speeding in their driving careers. Fewer yet have driven reckless due to blatant over speed. For me, I keep the speed in check at + or - 5 MPH or so. Maybe twice, I have driven recklessly by speeding with max speeds not over 90 MPH. Do I think most here routinely drive at those reckless speeds? No. There is a huge difference in speeding a wee bit over posted speed limits and what we see here.

HOLY FUCKING SHIT BALLS! That surveillence video showing a guy moving out of the way, just in time, to save his life. WOW! I can't even understand why people have to drive like this, so reckless...especially with passengers... |
