It's pretty much impossible to get them all as they are among the civilian population. It's really a non winnable war. Then throw in all the stupid politics and it's a joke. The Pakistan government gives them safe haven, all kinds of places we can't go. WWII was they way to fight a war and win, kill everybody, no rules, no PC bullshit. You must throw rules out the window. We win every battle and kill every single one we come across but they just keep coming from their safe havens and other countries, it's a never ending story.
