If it it wasn't so violent it could've been used in teaching medicine students,
you have a perfect demonstration here of light brain damage initially with the Decorticate posture, when both his hands and close tight to his chest and his body is flexed ridig,
and moving into a complete spinal cord tear with a Decerebrate posture
with his hands reversed and stretched beside his body the more hits he gets to the head that rock his neck.

From what i gather, that means he pulled a gun on him. So the story goes, the victim Hector Salinas was Robbed by AB Perlata and Hector caught up to him and pulled a gun on him and retaliated by damaging AB's truck. Hector was set up by getting high and was beaten by AB. Status of Hector is unkown. Edinburg, TX
