A teenager was brutally tortured for around 3 hours by 3 men from a rival gang, and had the letters LA written on his back with a knife before getting his throat slit.  |

Without knowing the background it's hard to make an accurate comment, he could have been a nonce for all I know. In parts of Brazil I guess life is cheap as in other shit holes around the world.  |
