Brazil - Officer Attending Accident Learns His Daughter is the Victim
On 28th November 2020 in Macaíba (Brazil), a young couple were killed in a road accident. Military Police sergeant, 54 year old S.G., was on duty + sent to attend a road accident. Arriving at the scene, he discovered that his daughter, 19 year old G.N.D.G. was one of the victims. 21 year old J.V.L.D.S., 'G's boyfriend, also died at the scene. The young couple had crashed their motorbike into the side of another vehicle. They were both thrown off the motorbike + landed through the window, both dying at the scene. Heartbroken, 'S' stated "When I arrived at the site, I saw that there was a PRF garrison. Then I thought: 'this accident was not on the mud road, it was here on BR. This is with the PRF. But let's pull over here next.' I pulled the car over with my team. When I got there, I saw the bike was completely destroyed. The blow was violent. Then I looked, behind the bike, and I saw a pink helmet. My daughter's helmet. I looked and said 'this helmet I know, it belongs to my daughter'. Then the boy came over to me and said 'calm down, sergeant 'G'. It was 'G'." He continued "At that time Jesus gave me strength, gave me courage, and I went to the car. Arriving at the passenger side, I visualized my son-in-law. On my back, already inside the ironwork. And I saw her feet. So I ran, I pulled around the side of the car and opened the door. When I opened the door, my daughter was lying as if she were sleeping. At that moment I opened my mind to God and said, 'Lord, give me strength. Because I know my daughter is not more with me, not even my son-in-law. But the Lord will give me strength." The devastated father said that 'G' had wanted to be a federal highway police officer + that she had been studying to make her dream come true. "She was a studious girl. Last week she even told me that she was going to be very proud, that she was going to be a federal highway police officer." The young couple had been together for a year + had been planning their engagement.

“I’m sorry I was away working so often” Fuck, this one is a little rough. I have a friend who now lives in Japan who was a state cop. His last call was a motor vehicle fatality with ejected persons. He found his wife, son and mother in law all deceased all badly torn up. He actually handed over his badge and car keys over to another cop and walked 16 miles home. He just disappeared until he resurfaced in Japan living in a Dojo. I bumped in to him we talked for about an hour had a meal and I haven’t heard from him since. |
