Brazil - Man Shot in His Face + Chest by Faction
On the night of 24th October 2021 in the Valparaíso neighbourhood (Brazil), a man was murdered. Locals reported hearing lots of gunfire + called the police. Upon searching the area, the police found the bloodied body of the man. The man's hands were bound + he had been shot multiple times in his face + chest. The man was on a semi-open prison regime + wore an electronic tag.

"Open jail," is called "semi-open prison regime," where prisoners are allowed to work outside the prison during the day, but they must return to the prison each night  |

small steel, long leaf and vertical IN his mouth and not to the blood ON his mouth imo or else gravity would have made it fall unless his blood is made of glue.
