This has to be a gay bar, the man on the right was jealous of the dude getting flirted with by the bartender on the left, so he asked the right hand bartender to go to the toilets with him and then shot the guy on the left because of jealousy lol.

The guy that went into the bathroom, came out and shot the guy in the head, was a hitman. The bar was called "Daddy Yankee" in Cartagena. The perpetrator known as "Lucho" was arrested.
