There is a large fire extinguisher there and it didn't appear to help.

A long pry bar and Glock might be better. You can try to free yourself or others with the bar, or shoot yourself if it's hopeless. Plus, you can get anything with a pry bar and Glock, the two best items to have in a SHTF or TEOTWAWKI scenario. Need to change a tire in a bad neighborhood? You can put down leisurely covering fire with a Glock while you work and keep the 'disadvantaged youth's" heads down.

I'm pretty sure that anyone inside the burning vehicle was already 100% dead before the videographer even parked his car.

I'm guessing the screaming was from an onlooker.

Car wrecks with fire and people trapped alive inside are about the only videos I won’t let myself watch. Strange considering all the other fucked up shit I can tolerate here on DR. Being trapped in a fire is my biggest fear ever since I was a kid and had nightmares about it. I wouldn’t even want to be a witness to one bc it would kill me being helpless like that and unable to get them out or put them out of their misery.

Really ? The fire is drawing its oxygen from the unlimited supply the "open setting" affords it. It's not like that incident is taking place inside a shipping container where there is competition between the fires compulsion to consume the supply to burn the car, versus the victim taking in a few litres per minute in order to scream in terror in a desire to escape the circumstances.

I don't know what your profession is, but I can assure you that when you arrive upon a scene a like that as a first responder, you cannot believe what people will endure before they are forced to give up the fight to live. This is especially the case when you are between the points on the continuum where pain levels finally cause you pass out, rather than the point where this poor woman still is, which is where the noxious stimulation from the flames and her will to live are still helping her to scream that message to the world. I've been in identical circumstances to the videographer during my career, and that appears as real as anything I've witnessed.

All that being said, if it were me, I'd want a bullet in the head - because there is no way Rescue gets there in time to save me.

The guy's voice I have no doubt is real. It's just the ladies scream I think may have been added after. Think of if you've ever had the wind change direction at a camp fire, BBQ, or while igniting a dumpster you've rolled up to an open orphanage window at night--one face full of smoke you can hardly get out the word "Whoah" or "Shit". It chokes you up so immediately.
And never even mind fire.

I didn't ask where the fire was getting its oxygen.
Everyone knows fire is a badass, if it wants Oxygen it'll just pick some pockets, or conk someone walking by and take theirs.

Only mildly on topic, I read that in some bomb blast radiuses people are found afterwards with imploded lungs from the blast's violent almost instantaneous use of so much oxygen--it sucks it right out of you. Probably semen too, and breast milk, but especially the various food stuffs in transit within chipmunk's cheeks.
