On the morning of 3rd July 2020 in São Paulo (Brazil), a man was caught by police, walking around with a decapitated head.

When the police tried to detain the man, he attempted to attack them, so they shot him. He was taken to the hospital where he is rumoured to have now died.

It's a semi-accuracy driven thread I started about fake Covid hospital boondoggles in Brazil. Anyway, the user called Gustavoeks did some transillatorification for me, and I happened to remember to ask him about the yellow shorted Brazilian log conked hunny from that one video. You know?

He wrote what he knew about it, and I was excited to post his quote in the original post. But there, I found that, only a couple days earlier some girl posted an update on her that said she was still alive--that she actually survived. I held off on posting Gustavoeks info until this could be looked into further...by someone other than me.

As I'm sure everyone will agree, it is of upmost importance that the truth be uncovered here. Not only because of how partially important being at least semi-accurate is, but also, because if she is still alive, and she wasn't made Timmy by her conkening, maybe you could pass her my email, and some explicit photos of myself that I have taken should this situation ever arise.

To reiterate: I have taken, and stored, nude photos of myself just incase a murdered girl I've never met, somehow came back to life.

P.S. I have used the Yellow Chiffon text colour to match her shorts, but you'll recall my colorblindness so I'm not sure if I should have just used Regular Yellow.

A group was sentenced to 14 years in prison on Monday (21) for the crime of torture of a teenager, which occurred in February 2017. The crime took place in the Alto da Olaria neighborhood, in Nova Friburgo, in the mountainous region of Rio, and was filmed by the men themselves and published on social media.

According to the Rio de Janeiro State Court of Justice (TJRJ), those convicted are drug traffickers and belong to a criminal organization.

Also according to the TJRJ, Maicon Ribeiro Cordeiro was sentenced to 14 years in prison and Guilherme Pitta Torres, Rodrigo da Silva Bandeira and Livaldo José da Silva to 14 years and eight months in prison.

Although he was already in prison at the time, Livaldo was considered by the court as the mastermind of the crime, for leading drug trafficking in Nova Friburgo and region.

In the sentence, Judge Marcelo Villas, of the 2nd Criminal Court of Nova Friburgo, said that, according to the prosecution, the torture session would have been committed because the victim, who survived the assaults, owed money to the criminal organization.

The 2nd Criminal Court of Nova Friburgo convicted four men for torturing a teenager on a trail in Alto de Olaria, at the behest of an arrested drug dealer. The young woman worked for the drug trade and owed a debt to the criminal organization. The crime happened in 2017 and shocked the city. The assaults were recorded on video and shared in WhatsApp groups and other social networks. The young woman survived the violence.

Maicon Ribeiro Cordeiro was sentenced to 14 years in prison. Guilherme Pitta Torres; Rodrigo da Silva Bandeira, known as Rufino; and Livaldo José da Silva, the Crown; to 14 years and 8 months in prison. All for torture and corruption of minors. Coroa is already in prison and, although in custody, he was considered the mastermind of the crime, leading the drug trade in the neighborhood and giving orders to the other members of the criminal faction in the city.

The torture took place in March 2017. The images posted on social media showed the terrified young woman, sitting on a dirt ladder, surrounded by bush, holding a cell phone over her head. Around her was a group of six men. One of them punches the victim in the head. Then another man attacks the young woman with several punches to the face. Seconds later, the video shows the teenager convulsing, struggling on the floor. A man tries to revive her and the recording is stopped.

At the time, the Civil Police investigation found that the torture occurred on a trail near 44 Purus Street, in Alto de Olaria. At the scene, the agents found a club similar to what would have been used by one of the men to assault the young woman. The trail is known by security officials in the municipality for being widely used by traffickers in the region during escape attempts and also to hide drugs.

A few days after the images were released, military police from the Reserved Service (P2), from the 11th BPM, arrested a young man for trafficking in Olaria, who helped to clarify the case. Being from the neighborhood, he was questioned by the agents about the video and informally said that the victim would be responsible for transporting money for the drug trade. According to the boy, the young woman lost a sum of money and, therefore, would have been punished by order of the Crown.

The young man arrested by the PM also explained to the investigators that, after the assaults, the girl was placed in a silver Corsa Sedan and was removed from the neighborhood to “hide the body”. He even said some names of other men who reportedly participated in the torture in the Olaria forest. A week later, two suspects of torturing the girl were jailed by the court. The investigations were carried out by the 151st DP.

In condemning the accused, Judge Marcelo Alberto Chaves Villas said that during the criminal action it was found that the brutality suffered by the girl resulted from a settlement for financial loss caused to the criminal faction. "The offense was committed on a gross basis, due to the financial loss caused by the victim to the criminal organization called Comando Vermelho, active in Alto de Olaria, as the latter did not deliver the previously agreed monetary amount".

But seriously, thanks for those articles. Playing aside, I'm actually very happy she's still alive. Sometimes you can just tell that someone isn't supposed to die then, and it drives you crazy.
There's a less popular Cartel video, of two blindfolded dudes--one has his throat cut by some ****** wearing his aunts faggoty sun hat, and the other is shot. Just before all that though, and right after their little Cartel quiz session, the younger one leans over and latches onto the older guys arm, like a kid. Like a scared crying child. You could tell that at least one of them wasn't supposed to be there, but probably neither were. Clearly though, the bundle of kindling in the ****** hat had too recently rewatched the second Godfather movie to possibly release which ever it was.

Technically... the title is wrong:
"Brazil - Bloke Walking Around with a Decapitated Head"

Decapitation is the act of removing someone's head, i.e. to remove the head from the body.
You can't remove a head from a head. (Unless you have a head stuck in the W.C.)

So the following title would be more appropriate:

"Brazil - Bloke Walking Around with a Severed Head"
