I wish the first video want so jumpy It looked like the victim was going way too fast and it didn't look like he even tried to slow down before the impact happened. |

it looks like the semi turns across 2 lanes of traffic to make that u-turn, which would make it all his fault for being so stupid and reckless, but it is hard to tell cuz of that video quality
