Uh, no. Actually those are his legs. His bowels are not exposed. Just both legs ripped off at the joint. It's always amazing reading comments from people that just make up what they saw in the video.

That injury actually looks survivable, unless those are tire tracks going across his torso then you got internal injuries in his gut. Not good.

He can live, only the legs has gone, in another video a cop has total ripped of all his entire middle low part, including some guts and survive....so maybe he can do it. at last he have the dick.
