Body of a Man Found Who Had Been Strangled to Death
At around 5.30am this morning (11th October 2018) in Tarumã, a truck driver + his 2 passengers noticed a body near a ravine as they were passing by. The police were called. The man, R.V., had his feet tied + a piece of rope was around his neck. He had been beaten + then strangled to death.
