I watched this a couple times, because I too thought he was "knocking" on his head...but, I kindof think that man was stabbing his face with some kind of a thin sharp object. If you look again, you can see that he is holding something. Then he does those two short stabbing/knocking motions...The man being fucked up grabs at his face too. I dunno... just my opinion.  |
