Re: Black Guy Knew His Rights, Past Tense
"He wadn't even a threat, bro!" LOL! It takes less than 2 seconds to go from dead thug to dead policeman in such a situation. But not a threat. Oh, no. Not at all. |

Re: Black Guy Knew His Rights, Past Tense
You know how you avoid getting shot by the police? FOLLOW THE SIMPLE COMMANDS THEY GIVE YOU, AND DON'T FIGHT WITH THEM. Now we wait for the inevitable interviews with the dead guys momma where she proclaims 'Mah boy wud never do dat. He was a good boy who dindu nuffin wrong. Da po-lees was wrong!' |

We need context before we throw around 100 accusations. Lets be logical and not let emotions cloud out judgement. |

Re: Black Guy Knew His Rights, Past Tense
The guy was clearly struggling with the police officers. If you are fighting the police, and you happen to overtake them, then they are the ones who could get killed. If you fight the cops, you are rolling the dice, there really isnt a good defense to why you should ever resist, as they are not making requests, they are making demands.
