Something I noticed when travelling Nepal and India: when a vehicle breaks down on the road they put a row of stones and small boulders around it to let people know it is there, ward off evil spirits, keep strangers away, whatever the fuckin' reason, but when the vehicle is fixed they simply drive off leaving the rubble all over the road.

Not sure if that is the case in the video, looks more like the wall had fallen down or was being repaired.
