With the severity of the pelvic trauma, I don't doubt that he is dead. An adult can lose almost their entire blood volume inside the pelvis. The injury looks like an 'open book' fracture that bikers suffer when the run into something in front of them  |
I so wish we could get an explanation for some of these pics!
