We should note that alot of this vid is in double speed; now look at the traffic lights which go off for a period of time (Twice); what it looks like to me, is a faulty traffic light system at that intersection causing confusion. If the traffic lights went funny, I'm wondering if the Walk/Don't Walk signs went funny too. That won't however pardon the speeding driver who killed the guy, inspite of the fact that the bike rider didn't look to the left to check traffic, the car driver, after all, was obviously speeding, I wonder if that driver was charged, hmm, nice post though.
