Re: Beijing Accident - Burning Cars and Victims, Graphic
I think phones should have some kind of on-screen reminder for the user, something like: Dear moron user, rotate the fucking camera so it is horizontal.

Thought you guys might find this interesting. A full translation by my husband who is Mainland Chinese. Man 1: run, hurry! Woman screaming man's pants on fire Camera man: take it off! take the pants off! hurry! I'll step on it, just get the thing off! hurry! take your shoes off too!hurry, hurry! take them off! Man 2: someone help! someone help! ................ Camera man: Is that a child in the car (the burning car)? Man 3: a dog. Camera man: oh, a dog.... (panting) Man 4 and Man 5: anybody still in the car? (rest of the question can't be heard clearly) Camera man: Fuck! How did they drive like this!.... Wow..... Man in the distance: fire extinguisher! Some one yelled "get away from the fire!" (or something like that) Bystanders words are not clear enough Camera man: whoa.....fuck.... people calling for help.... some one yelled "get away from the fire!" Camera man: stay away, it may explode!..... |

Re: Beijing Accident - Burning Cars and Victims, Graphic
There're several ways to say "fuck" in Mandarin. A lot, actually. I forget what ones hubby told me, but "fuck" is international and is understood no matter where you go. XD You want to have fun? Go up to a Mandarin speaker (the more fluent, the better) and say /shah-BEE/ or /shyah-BEE/ and make an ugly face on that last syllable. Say it like you mean it. I dare someone. ;D If anyone finds any other Mandarin stuff on here they'd like translated, let me know and I'll ask the hubby to help. He doesn't speak enough Cantonese to be useful, so no help there. |
