Hadn't seen this one. Man we've been getting some brutal shit in here lately.

For some reason I always feel especially bad for the ones where you can tell the person has convinced themselves to just take it and they've psyched themselves up to "it'll be over quick... it'll be over quick" and then suddenly 30 seconds goes by and they're in severe discomfort and you can hear them start to freak out as they realize this is every bit as horrific and uncomfortable as they were afraid of.
