Barangay Captain Shot While on Facebook Live, Dies in Hospital
A barangay captain (village leader) in Digos City, Davao del Sur, Mindanao Philippines was shot to death while doing Facebook live. The said person was behind the camera when he was shot, and was seen bloodied until bystanders cut the stream. He later dies in hospital |

He was definitely bleeding profusely from what looks like lung and heart shots. We hear him wheezing his death rattle at the end of the clip. Makes me wonder if he was a crook and someone was taking care of business  Or a good guy taken out by the shit heaps  |
