It looks like some of the victims don't realise they're being stabbed right away. A good sharp knife probably causes no pain. They most likely thought they were being punched lightly.

My friend was stabbed and that's pretty close to how he described it. He thought he was being punched until he felt the heat of blood soaking his shirt.

On the second one, the one with the lady in the Burka was interesting. Looks like she stabbed the shop keeper in the gut while he was reaching for something on a shelf. Then he pulled it out and hacked her with it on her way out the door. Last clip of the Mom getting stabbed with the small kid watching was sad and senseless. smh
