her fault it appears, however dude in the ambulance was flying without lights and sirens .. When driving an ambulance, you always practice "due regard for the safety of others"  |

I thought ambulances were supposed to reduce deaths, not tally the system up! Although admittedly, it does look like she failed to look right, before stepping into the path of the ambulance.
