I can't remember the English name for it, but there is a special position where you place an unconscious person on his or her side with one leg propped up underneath the other to make it easier to tilt that person onto his/her side. Putting them into that position also facilitates keeping their airway free and for them to safely expunge any vomit (or in the case of drowning victims, water).
