I am not sure that's a failed suicide. I hit a Hadji in the jaw with a M855A1 EPR and it blew his lower jaw, what few teeth he had in it, and his tongue clean off. The lower mandible flew a cool 45' from him. Tongue was never found. Follow up rounds ended his Mecca.
