In Brazil drug lords have these kids fly kites as a form of communication. He was probably ordered to fly the kite to announce a drug shipment. Unfortunately he died fulfilling the task...

It was a shame to see someone taken at such a young age over something that should of been fun. Maybe if Momma would of told him to fly a kite only with both feet on the ground this wouldn't of happened.

It's pretty sad that he has to fly his kite on the rooftop just so he doesn't get shot on the ground or raped or step on landmines. |
